Job Description
Proactively contacting customers B2B to arrange appointments for the Field Sales Managers.
Negotiating prices for contracts and will be targeted on achieving the optimal price and contract length as well as lowering the contract cancellation rates.
To make 60 outbound calls per day with a minimum of 2 hours talk time.
To ensure agreed contract uplift values and retention targets are exceeded.
To come up with reasonable offers to clients who are looking to leave to try and retain them.
Essential Skills
General IT knowledge - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
B2B outbound sales calls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand technical problems and explain them using non-technical language.
Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
Hours - 0830- 1630 Monday to Friday
(Holidays to be taken only during school half terms)
Salary £18000-£20000 plus commission
Immediate Start available.
