TM Resourcing's Technical Division are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic food company based in the Wrexham area for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer

This company is going through major changes with construction completed on a new plant and moving towards a high form of food safety accreditation.

About the role:

Minimum last 5 years in Industrial Electrical Engineering (Domestic Electrical experience will not be accepted)

• Assisting the company as it moves towards a preventative maintenance regime for site accreditation

• Working as part of the maintenance team of onsite engineers, technicians and contractors in reactive maintenance and site projects

• Sharing the breakdown callouts for the site, this will be 24 hour on-call cover for approx one week every month (this will cover electrical & mechanical fault finding)

Skill Requirements:

• Fault Finding of electrical and control systems

• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team and show a positive attitude towards site improvements

• Ability and knowledge of creating and modifying P&IDs and electrical and control schematics

• 5 years and above experience in engineering and maintenance with an Electrical Control & Instrumentation bias

• Competent in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Desired Skill Requirements:

Siemens Materials Experience; PLC's, inverters, IO stations, Starters etc

• Experience in the maintenance of the dairy or food industry

• Mechanical experience as well as Electrical, Control & Instrumentation

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• Experience of Health & Safety systems i.e. permit systems

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum
