Health and Safety Coordinator
£25,000
A food importer and packer in Lincolnshire is currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator for a Fresh Produce company based in Lincolnshire.
You will need to promote Health, Safety and Environmental awareness throughout all areas of the Company and ensure all tasks are completed as required within the relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations.
As well as ensuring that risk assessments and work instructions in place for all activities completed by colleagues.
You will report, record and work with the wider team in the investigation of incidents and accidents and assist in establishing root cause and identify suitable and practical solutions to reduce/eliminate any risk.
Operational Tasks you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and compile Health and Safety statistics for Senior Management and Health and Safety meetings, highlighting any significant trends and occurrences.
- Maintain a range of effective communication medium e.g. Health and Safety notice board to ensure that Managers and staff are kept up to date with Health and Safety matters.
