- Description
This is a multi-channel role which means you will interact with customers via web-chat, email and Facebook as well as on the phone, so it is essential that you not only have excellent interpersonal and communication skills but are 'savvy' and confident with each channel.
You will have strong administration and PC skills coupled with a healthy appreciation of technology - this is an internet driven business after all - and will be keen to learn more about the online market.
Proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking, you will be keen to take an active role in an active team - a team that works hard to exceed customer expectations whilst having a lot of fun.
Most important of all you will be engaging and have a positive attitude. Our client knows that attitude is contagious - the question is, is yours worth catching?
Role: Front line sales role focused on pre-qualifying inbound leads in a fast paced team environment
Responsibilities
Objections
World class customer experience (identifying, meeting needs, responding appropriately and in a brand-congruent way)
Effective team work and communication
Respond to incoming leads from a range of different channels (e.g. Livechat, website, inbound calls, emails) following pre-determined call structures
Prioritise leads according to quality
Handling objections using solution based responses
Accurately log each customer's needs/wants and details in CRM
Accurately quoting and checking availability on behalf of customer
Effective Activity:
Daily inbound call response rates
Pipeline management
Use of sales techniques, scripts and processes
Effective Output:
Daily conversion rates
Call audit
Named feedback from clients
Team targets for bookings and commission
Knowledge
Skills
Full understanding of the system and USPs
How to identify, qualify and prioritise leads
Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Use of TTT software systems
Implementation of sales techniques
Excellent telephone and written communication
Flexibility in adapting to multiple tasks
Problem solving during sales process; overcoming objections
