- Description

- Through your engagement with our customers ensure a high profile and positive relationship is fostered.
- To be logged in at your desk ready at your start time and after lunch.
- To complete 80 inbound chats per day (100+ during busy periods).
- Aim to achieve first time resolution on 90% of support requests.
- To quickly and efficiently assess customer issues or requirements, delivering the appropriate response or training where required.
- To gather required data/evidence of system bugs or failures, replicate then escalate to development as needed.
- To identify additional training needs and book these sessions as required
- To seek first to understand and identify the right solution first time every time.
- To offer a resolution for all issues.
- Use internal systems for contacting our IT department for support (SharePoint or our CRM system) and advise line manager of trends and patterns.
- To enter new fixes or resolutions for issues in 'Solutions' on SalesForce to share and extend shared knowledge base.
