We have a Junior Sous Chef vacancy to work in a busy restaurant environment.
The duties for this role will include working in a team, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include training, menu management and stock management.
The person appointed will have a passion for food & an eye for detail ensuring all food produced has great taste, style & presentation.
To succeed in this positon you will need to be an experienced Chef with very high standards of presentation. You will need passion for developing the product and the ability to work well in a team. You will need to be well organised to ensure that you and the team to meet strict Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
