Warehouse Operative

TaskMaster are privileged working in partnership with a rapidly expanding Organic Foods business that are located in the Dinnington area.

Founded in 2008 they continue to jump from strength to strength. In the last 8 years the business has grown and evolved in to what it is today and is still on their expansion journey. They are dedicated to serving their customers and their farmers, but also Nature itself. They do this by working with various charitable, environmental and humanitarian projects.

Due to a continued demand in their services, we are now looking for Full Time Production Operatives to join their expanding team.

The position:

You will be required to measure, weigh and pack products that have initially been delivered in a bulk quantity by breaking that down in to smaller containers/packages.

You will need to examine and inspect containers/packages, materials and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met and to mark, label and seal containers, container tags, or products using marking tools.

The person (Personal attributes required):

Patience to carry out repetitive tasks

The ability to work quickly and accurately to meet production targets

Demonstrate good team working skills and the ability to work alone

The ability to follow strict health and safety guidelines and quality procedures

Good standards of personal hygiene

Previous relevant experience
