- Description
· To make 40 outbound calls per day with a minimum of 2 hours talk time.
· To study and UNDERSTAND the client's situation and account before picking up the phone.
· To ensure agreed contract uplift values and retention targets are exceeded
· To come up with reasonable offers to clients who are looking to leave to try and retain them. Any discount offered over 15% must be approved by Telesales Manager
· Seek first to understand the customers need and identify the right solution.
· To offer a resolution for all issues detailed on "launch sheet"
· Raise support tickets to our support team for any client issue that falls outside of "launch sheet" criteria
