We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for an NHS client of ours, initially until the end of March. The role reverberates around organising and coordinating the provision of health care to those in urgent need. This will involve:
- Assisting with urgent custody queries - liaising with health care professionals.
- Taking and ascertaining detailed information.
- Speaking with a variety of staff within the NHS to make sure that the right medical attention is allocated.
- Accurately inputting detailed information.
- Diary management.
- Monitoring emails and responding accordingly.
- Report writing.
Due to the service being operated on a 24/7 basis, this role will involve working weekends and evenings. The rates of pay are:
Weekdays: £8.01ph
Evenings/Saturdays: £10.97ph
Sundays: £13.93ph
