TM Resourcing's Technical & Engineering team are proud to announce the new partnership of a small, privately owned Precision Engineering organisation based in Hemel Hempstead.

We are extremely excited to be working with this company as they have an outstanding reputation for their friendly work environment and high staff retention levels.

The company currently employs 25 people across their business, most of which are skilled machinists and engineers, they are currently looking to recruit after a long standing member of staff left earlier this year to move to another part of the UK.

This particular company works with a number of Formula 1 teams to provide Turned parts for their race cars and developments. As we are currently in the development and new car build period, our client is currently seeing incredibly high demand of their services.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join the team on a permanent basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for programming (NOT ESSENTIAL), setting and operating a number of HAAS CNC Lathes to produce high precision parts predominantly for the F1 market as well as others (Aerospace, Defence, Power Generation and Oil & Gas).

Overtime is something that this company sees a lot of, which enables some of their machinists to earn well over £60K a year!!
