Business Development & Marketing Manager
Our Client a leading Entertainment Venue in the Peterborough has an opening for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager. The will successful candidate will have autonomy and will be tasked with profitably growing their business whilst focusing on the achievement of KPIs;
- Footfall
- Spend per Head
- Profit per Head
- Repeat Visits
- Venue Sales and Sponsorship
- Alternative Revenue Streams
Responsibilities
- Profile raising activity with local businesses to develop commercial relationships which increase footafll to their events.
- Establish annual business events to form strategic alliances within the local business community; focus group, net-working and social functions to raise the profile of the venue.
- Raising the profile of the Venue through direct digital marketing campaigns, including; email, social media and blogs, with the aim of driving traffic through the website into the online booking system
- Manage the marketing budget to maximise the growth of the business and positively raise the profile venue locally.
- Manage the external Marketing and Communication company in line with business goal
- Reports and Reporting utilising Sage to provide comparative like for like monthly and annualised sales figures, with key performance indicators.
