Description

We are currently working with our financial services client to recruit a permanent, full time, Mortgage Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CeMap qualified administrator to join a busy team providing administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for answering all calls
  • Calling lenders and BDM's to help source suitable mortgage solutios
  • Inputting cases onto a CRM system
  • Preparing illustrations for Advisors using various different websites and tools
  • Ensuring each mortgage and/or life application is input onto the CRM in line with company policy and procedure
  • Collecting and sorting client documents
  • Effectively managing a caseload to ensure all required administration and documentation is completed to compliance standards as per company policy
  • Ensuring ongoing customer communication throughout the application process
  • Liaising with lenders to obtain updates on case status
  • Liaising with Solicitors to complete the mortgage

Skills & Experience Required:

  • CeMap qualified with at least 6 months financial services administrative experience
  • GCSE English Language & Literature Grade C or above
  • Excellent IT skills including experience of all Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work within a team and develop positive working relationships

In return our client is offering a salary of £18,000 - £21,000 dependent upon experience plus additional benefits.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
