- Description
We are currently working with our financial services client to recruit a permanent, full time, Mortgage Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CeMap qualified administrator to join a busy team providing administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for answering all calls
- Calling lenders and BDM's to help source suitable mortgage solutios
- Inputting cases onto a CRM system
- Preparing illustrations for Advisors using various different websites and tools
- Ensuring each mortgage and/or life application is input onto the CRM in line with company policy and procedure
- Collecting and sorting client documents
- Effectively managing a caseload to ensure all required administration and documentation is completed to compliance standards as per company policy
- Ensuring ongoing customer communication throughout the application process
- Liaising with lenders to obtain updates on case status
- Liaising with Solicitors to complete the mortgage
Skills & Experience Required:
- CeMap qualified with at least 6 months financial services administrative experience
- GCSE English Language & Literature Grade C or above
- Excellent IT skills including experience of all Microsoft Office systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work within a team and develop positive working relationships
In return our client is offering a salary of £18,000 - £21,000 dependent upon experience plus additional benefits.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
