CIPD Qualified Senior Employee Relations Advisor - STEVENAGE

Required qualifications: Chartered institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) level 7 or the equivalent qualification or experience and evidence of continued professional development (CPD) Previous experience: Line Managing, Coaching, development of HR staff, dealing with employee relations, awareness of employment law and HR best practice.
