A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our prestigious and growing client in Kirkcaldy.
The role is extremely varied and will consist of utilising a number of different tasks throughout the working day, such as:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Sales order processing using the companies in house IT system
- All administration duties for a number of different departments as required
- Offering good customer service to all customers, both on the phone and face to face
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Must be computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel
