Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to work in our Leeds City Centre office on a 1 year maternity cover basis. The role will reverberate around providing comprehensive and thorough administrative support to a team of consultants. The general duties will include:
- Obtaining candidate pre employment checks, including references.
- Confidentially inputting information onto an internal database.
- Managing the compliance process, which includes rigorously checking to make sure that pre employment checks exceed framework standards.
- Producing and maintaining reports/spreadsheets.
- Being the first point of contact when candidates arrive into the office.
- Answering the telephone, helping with queries where possible and/or taking detailed messages.
- General clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously. However, if you are methodical, a team player, able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time and have an excellent work ethic, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online method available.
