German Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Preston
Permanent, Full Time - £16-£18.5k plus bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 8pm working 1 Saturday per month, 9am to 1pm
TM Resourcing are working with an established business based in Preston to recruit a fluent German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
You will be dealing with customers in Germany via telephone and email.
Key Duties:
Interacting with customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
Managing customer requests and instructions
Account management
Dealing with billing queries and resolving any disputes or queries
Translating customer correspondence
About You:
Fluent in German, both verbal and written
Have previous experience in a customer service environment (either telephone based or face to face)
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
High attention to detail and accuracy skills
Competent IT and keyboard skills
