Designer - Peterborough
Peterborough - £30,000
We are looking for an all round designer with experience in both digital and print design. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business. From design for print, through to digital and web.
This is a diverse design role where you can really make your mark within the business. You will need to have the ability to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment and be a confident self-starter.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Designing for our full range of products and collateral, from print, digital and offline marketing through to websites
- Create a range of print materials both small and larger scale such as flyers and brochures
- Be an advocate for innovative design practices and trends in the company and work with teams across the whole company
- Collaborating with, and taking direction from, senior members of the team
The Ideal Designer
- 3+ years' experience Agency and/or Corporate side
- Proficient with Adobe Suite applications, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience of UI/UX design processes
- Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures
- An ability to design from concept through to completion
- Confident, self-starter that works well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- The ability to respond to the business requirements with tech help and problem solving
Desired but not essential
- Experience using JIRA would be beneficial but not essential
- A good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
