Middleweight Designer (FULL TIME) - Peterborough - Up to £30,000
The Company

The Role
For this role we are looking for an all round designer with the ability to work across various mediums, such as web and print material. You will have the opportunity to contribute on a wide variety of different design projects. Helping contribute throughout the whole design process, from initial concept ideas through to development and launch for all our brands within our portfolio of brands.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience working within the design industry who can display excellent design ability, accuracy, attention to detail and who is proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Designing for our full range of products and collateral, from print, digital and offline marketing through to websites
- Create a range of print materials both small and larger scale such as flyers and brochures
- Be an advocate for innovative design practices and trends in the company and work with teams across the whole company
- Collaborating with and taking direction from senior members of the team
The Ideal Designer
- 3+ years' experience Agency and/or Corporate side
- Proficient with Adobe Suite applications, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience of UI/UX design processes
- Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures
- An ability to design from concept through to completion
- Experience of developing and working with style guidelines
- Confident self-starter that works well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Desired but not essential
- Experience using JIRA would be beneficial but not essential
- A good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
