Mortgage Advisor - Mirfield
Permanent - £21k rising to £24K on passing of probation, plus commission (OTE £45K+)
3 days - 9am to 5pm, 2 days - 11am to 7pm.
TM Resourcing are working with a growing financial services company who are looking to add an experienced Mortgage Advisor to their busy and friendly team in Mirfield. Current Mortgage Advisors work from hot leads provided by the company and enjoy first rate back up and support which sees average earnings in excess of £45,000.
Key Duties:
- Calling warm leads.
- Liaising with different lenders.
- Providing a high level of customer satisfaction with a sales through service approach.
- Working to compliance and regulations.
About You:
- You must hold the CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
- You must have at least 6 months mortgage advising experience.
- Experience within a fee charging environment is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and take on board new ideas.
