Advertisement Sales Executive
The role would suit a sales executive with a minimum of two years ad sales experience and can speak German.
The successful candidate would need to exceed financial advertising sales goals through personally selling to a range of companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as some countries in the Far East.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- To manage your own sales territory to meet and exceed targets.
- To own a personal financial target made up of growing both existing and new business on the print, digital and online platforms.
- To grow sustainable relationships with customers to achieve greater loyalty.
- To focus on growing the number of new business accounts by personal engagement with companies.
- To visit customers as well industry events, nationally and internationally.
- To develop excellent relationships with all internal stakeholders.
- To research and suggest new revenue ideas/platforms.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of monthly revenue targets
- Growth in key account revenue and new business acquisitions
- Steady increase in market share year-on-year
- Visit customers regularly to build relationships
- Deliver regular on-time forecasts with minimal variance on actual final revenue
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of two years media sales management experience within the B2B publishing sector
- Strong track record of exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Good communicator in both written and verbal English
- Fluency in German would be a significant benefit.
- Strong and professional team player working with internal colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Helpful disposition and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to react quickly in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
- Fully competent using MS suite, basic finance spreadsheets and CRM databases.
