Credit Control Assistant
Permanent, Full Time
£18k per annum, plus bonus scheme & benefits

TM Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent, full time basis to be based in our head office in Leeds.
Working alongside our current Credit Controller and managing a shared ledger of customer credit accounts duties will include but will not be restricted to:
Proactively chasing payment from customers via telephone and email
Dealing with incoming queries, raising copy invoices and credit notes
Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
Supporting the wider team, pulling together at busy times and assisting colleagues
Person Specification:
Previous credit control experience ideally gained in a business to business environment
The ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently
Possess a tenacious attitude and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Conversant with IT packages such as Outlook and Excel
Experience using Opera or Merit accounting software would be a bonus
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch with the benefit of an early finish every 3rd Friday based on a rota.
