The Role:
The Translation Project Managers are mainly involved in managing IP translation projects undertaken by freelancers. Duties include dealing with the firm's clients, preparing estimates, selecting appropriate freelancers, organising workflows, performing quality checks and invoicing. You may also be tasked with supporting the in-house translators, undertaking translations and various checks. The tasks outlined are not exhaustive.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should have a recognised translation qualification and/or have experience in the field of translation and/or as a translation project manager, be computer literate, have excellent communication skills as well as a keen eye for details. They should enjoy working as part of a team.
Ideally, applicants will be proficient in at least 2 of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian.
