Office Assistant / Administrator
Part time (20 hours a week)
Leven
£8.50 per hour
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced office administrator to join our prestigious client in Leven.
The hours of work at 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday
The role will involve the following:
- Filing
- Answering the telephone
- Sales order processing
- Scanning / shredding
- Taking messages and liaising with managers
- All other duties as and when required.
In order to be successful at this role you will:
- Live within the Leven catchment area
- Have previous office administration work experience
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skill
- Have the ability to work well within a small team.
