Senior Conveyancer

We are looking for driven, ambitious individuals who have at least 2 years' experience of effectively managing a large volume caseload of leasehold, freehold, unregistered and registered, newbuild and shared ownership files.

This opportunity is open to both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers who are looking for a new challenge and who are wanting to progress their legal careers.

The firm is going through an exciting period of growth and as of such want to get the right individuals on-board who can help them achieve their ambitious plans.

In return for your efforts and hard work you will be both supported and rewarded. There is a close knit togetherness across the firm and in particular within the residential conveyancing department. The team all work within an open plan office and a flat structure approach is implemented with everyone sharing ideas and pulling in the same direction.

The firm believe in promoting from within so are keen to up skill and develop their staff, readily providing training sponsorship opportunities, i.e. LPC, CLC, Training Contracts and CILEX.
