The Role

You will be working within the firm's successful conveyancing and remortgage department. Specifically within the remortgage team you will be dealing with the firm's clients; major players from the financial services, house building and estate agency sectors.

Using some of the leading technology available you will be servicing the needs of these clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded at all times.

Communication is key, professionally liaising over the phone, email and letter with the clients and their customers.

You will have your own caseload that you are fully responsible for from beginning to end, making sure that cases are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Though it is important that target completion dates are achieved work must also be carried out with the highest levels of accuracy and in full compliance with the firm's and regulatory guidelines.

You

Specific experience working in a similar remortgage role is desirable but it is not essential.

We welcome your application if you have experience of managing a volume caseload within a legal or financial services environment and are used to achieving monthly SLA targets.

You must also be well organised; an excellent communicator; able to deliver first class, professional customer service; confident with IT systems; calm under pressure; hardworking; committed and reliable.
