Are you an experience Client Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager?

TM Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with the UK's no. 1 provider of qualified FA leads to recruit an experienced and dynamic Client Relationship Manager.

Based in fantastic offices in Leeds City Centre, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality account management services.

Duties will include but are not restricted to:-

• Resolving a wide range of client queries to ensure high quality account and relationship management

• Collating MI stats for service review meetings with clients

• Providing assistance with the on-boarding of new clients

• Ensuring the CRM is up to date and contains accurate information

• Dealing with client complaints in a courteous, professional and timely manner

• Recognising opportunities to increase business levels to generate sales revenue

You will need:-

• Previous experience within a customer centric, B2B account/relationship management role

• A strong client and customer service ethos

• The ability to build relationships whilst working effectively under pressure

• An organised, professional and proactive approach

• Outstanding communication skills

• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
