TM Resourcing are working in partnership with our manufacturing client based in Leeds to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Engineering Sales Estimator to join and support their current sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established market leader as they continue to expand.

The successful candidate will need to prove that they are able to take responsible for their own workload whilst carrying out the following duties:

• Development and managing strong relationships with customers

• Accurately calculating estimates of production costs

• Documenting customer requirements for the manufacturing facility and producing quotations

• Working with the Account Managers to win business

• Visiting customers and suppliers as and when required both in the UK and abroad

The ideal candidate will be able to show that they are:

• Able to interpret engineering drawings

• Able to communicate effectively with customers

• Highly numerate and computer literate

• Experienced in working in a manufacturing facility and ideally within a business development/sales office role

• Experienced in using a ERP or MRP system (this would be an advantage but is not essential)

• Competent in using MS Office packages
