My client a provider of telecommunication services to businesses throughout the UK are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Coach who can enhance the strengths of the current Telesales team and improve sales results.
Offering a fun working environment, free parking, free gym membership (7 days per week), weekly incentives and the opportunity to earn amazing commission on top of a good basic wage, you will be required to:
Identifying coaching requirements of each individual within the team
Ensure all staff are motivated to hit their targets at all times
Give feedback to individuals in a constructive yet motivational manner
Create and deliver ad-hoc coaching and training sessions to individuals or groups
You will need:
A minimum of 1 year working in a telesales environment with previous experience of coaching a successful team of Telesales Executives a definite advantage
A minimum of 1 year working in the telecoms industry
A minimum of 1 year's outbound telesales/appointment making experience
Excellent communication skills
A happy, enthusiastic, motivating and rapport building personality
