Part time (16 hours)
Kirkcaldy
£9.50 per hour
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced part time accounts / wages clerk to join our loyal and established client in Kirkcaldy. This is a temporary position to begin with however
The role is 16 hours with a possibility of increasing to 24 hours depending on work load.
Hours of work are flexible, either 2 full days or 4 half days Mon - Thu.
The responsibilities of the role are:
- Processing wages using Sage 50
- Bank reconciliation and invoice payments
- Internet payments
- Pension / VAT payments
- Record keeping for company account updates
In order to be successful at this role you will need;
- An excellent knowledge of SAGE 50 and SAGE payroll
- A good solid back ground working within a similar role
- Be able to work 16 / 24 hours
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have the ability to work to strict deadline (Payroll)
