Executive PA -Peterborough
The Executive PA for this entrepreneur is a vital part of the team. Responsible for managing business and personal affairs of the Director. The Executive PA will control and advise on the daily schedule, input and changes to the diary and ensure important meetings are attended , internally and externally. This role aids in establishing team priorities for meetings with the Director and will provide all around administrative and organisational support

- Diary is managed and organised accurately and in the limitations of the directors availability
- All tasks are completed efficiently and in unison with the needs of the director
- Proactively preparing for director appointments and anticipating needs through an established relationship with the director and the needs of the business
- Continual personal development and improvement
- Display the team values and culture at all times.
The Role
- reading, monitoring and responding to the directors email, as requested
- answering calls and handling queries,
- preparing correspondence on the directors behalf,
- commissioning work on the directors' behalf,
- liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
- managing the director's electronic diary,
- booking meetings,
- organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,
- attend meetings
- writing minutes,
- planning, organising and managing events, for the director
- attending events/meetings as the director's representative,
- conducting research on the internet,
- writing reports, executive summaries and any necessary documents
- preparing presentations,
- preparing papers for meetings,
- managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
- typing documents,
- sourcing any items required by the director and negotiating prices
- managing projects- organising office functions/meetings
-put together financial information and chase payments where appropriate
-be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially
- look at creative ways to support the business and the director
The list of duties is not exhaustive and flexibility is required in terms of what the PA may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the director.
