We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Officer to work for one of our NHS clients, based in Leeds. The role is working on a temporary ongoing capacity, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The main duties will reverberate around providing IT support to a large workforce. The general day to day duties will be:
- Provide trouble shooting, training and consultation to the users of the computer system (this can include people outside of the organisation).
- Assist with hardware and software issues/installations.
- Review and escalate calls with the rest of the team.
- Be the first line of support for issues with lap tops, printers, telecommunication devices and even external resources.
- Support the configuration analysts.
- Track ticket resolutions.
- Set up IT equipment for meetings/events.
