- Description
Experience:
Previous experience within the Kitchen in Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie or similar style role and similar style of operation is essential
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Pro-active and reliable
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent guests relation skills
- Ability to use Fidelio Opera & Micros point of sale & MARSHA system
- Knowledge of Guest Response Tracking software / guestware
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Flexible hours in line with business needs
- Full knowledge of hotel services and food and beverage menu
- Knowledge of room service Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's)
- Knowledge of local area, local attractions, entertainment and landmarks
- Knowledge of hotel room types, layouts and features
- Knowledge of all guest facing hotel operations
Education or Certification
- A good level of English is essential (verbal, listening, writing)
