Description

Do you have a high level of education in biological, life or health sciences? Are you interested in Health Research? Do you want to work for an organisation that is a key leader in health research?

If so, this could be the role for you.

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager to work for a health research organisation in Leeds. The role is working on a 3 month basis (initially), with the right candidate able to start ASAP.

The role will reverberate around managing a portfolio of programmes/scheme. This will involve:

  • Organising and coordinating peer review panels inc identifying new panel members and facilitating meetings.
  • Implementing any policy changes.
  • Devising strategies and plans.
  • Attending funding interviews, including pre-contracting meetings.
  • Dealing with queries surrounding the application process.
  • Writing working papers and reports.
  • Producing financial reports and updates RE schemes and programmes.
  • Tracking and classifying applicants.
  • Liaising with other funding bodies.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. However, if you believe that you have the required skills, then do not hesitate to apply.
