Are you a skilled secretary? Do you want to work for a service that plays a massive role in the local community? Are you able to multi task, whilst working in a fast paced environment?
If so, this could be the role for you.
We are currently recruiting for a secretary to work for one of our NHS clients based in York. The role will be working full time on a temporary ongoing basis, with the right person starting ASAP.
The main duties reverberate around providing a thorough secretarial service to healthcare professionals. This will include:
- Confidential copy and audio typing.
- Covering the reception desk.
- Booking patient appointments.
- Inputting data onto the inhouse system.
- Minute taking at service meetings.
- Filing and archiving patient records.
- Answering the telephone, taking detailed messages or helping with queries.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. However, if you have worked in a secretarial capacity and have excellent attention to detail, then do not hesitate to apply.
