£21k per annum plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £29k pa)

Leeds City Centre, Permanent, Full Time between the core hours of 9am and 6.30pm (No Weekends)

Role Overview:

• Office based, building rapport over the telephone with consumers making inbound enquiries

• Building their trust, understanding their needs and recommending a great financial advisor

• Handling objections, you'll empathise and educate to produce consumers enthusiastic about speaking to a recommended advisor

• Working to targets and conversion rates

You will have:

• Previous B2C or B2B telephone based sales experience

• A track record of meeting and beating sales and service KPI's

• Ability to self-motivate and learn new things

• Competent computer skills to use a simple CRM system

• A proactive and professional approach
