Our client who is a privately owned hotel in an amzing building with an incredibly well deserved reputation is looking for a Sous Chef .
The hotel's restaurants offer excellent choices of dining - from cream tea or bar snacks, right through to the more formal.
The candidate must have experience at a similar level and ability to work well under pressure who is looking for a passion for cooking fresh food.
Flexibility on working hours is required.
Ideal position for an existing Sous Chef or an experienced CDP looking for the next step forward.
