Key Responsibilities:
Meet KPI's in terms of call rates and appointments booked targets as given by the Telesales Manager.
- Use the CRM system to plan and make calls to schools, to then take and record relevant information for future use. To also update the CRM system with progress made on each call and set appropriate follow on calls.
- Ensure that all correspondence, both inbound and outbound emails are recorded on the CRM
- Gather and confirm contact details of key personnel, verify contact details, positions and email addresses.
- Manage own activities in the CRM system, ensuring calls are completed on time and data and actions are entered accurately and correctly.
- Achieve 100% appointment requirement.
- Be able to overcome school objections in order to reach the correct person to book appointments.
- Ensure that all incoming enquiries and hot prospects into the company are followed up within 1 working day and to a conclusion.
- Arrange for any cancelled appointments to be rescheduled in a timely manner and gap fill if necessary.
- Be able to communicate confidently with team members and peers to raise any issues or concerns.
- Attend all meetings or training sessions as required and participate fully giving opinion and evidence.
- Ensure that your knowledge of products is kept accurate and up to date including system updates and changes.
- Gather and share information with regards our competitors' products and strategies.
- Always behave in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
- Manage time in order to meet department targets set and understand the need for planning.
Essential skills:
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
Competitive salary (£20,000) plus attractive commission structure (£6,600 OTE)
22 days holiday allowance (to be taken during school holidays)
