German Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Permanent, Full Time (Shift Patterns - Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 1 Saturday per month)
£18k per annum, rising to £18,500 (performance based) plus benefits
TM Resourcing are working with an established business based in Preston to recruit a number of fluent German speaking Customer Service Advisors.
Working as part of a team responsible for a prestigious financial services client you will be dealing with customers in Germany via telephone and email.
Role Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer calls both inbound and outbound
Responding to emails in a timely manner
Managing customer requests and instructions relating to their account
Account management
Dealing with billing queries and resolving any discrepancies
Translating customer correspondence
About You:
Fluent in German, both verbal and written
Previous customer service experience, either telephone based or face to face
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy skills
Competent IT and keyboard skills
