Digital Marketing Assistant/Executive Department Marketing Job Type Permanent Location Stamford Reports None Reporting To Marketing Manager Est. Start Date of Role As soon as possible Key Liaisons Internal- All departments External - FMCG Manufacturers / Retailers / Wholesalers / Media / Partners and Suppliers of Goods and Services
Package Salary + Pension (5%), 4 x salary death in service, 25 days holiday + bank holidays Probationary Period 3 months Notice Period One-week notice during probation (of 3 months), 1 month thereafter. Next Salary Review Salary reviews are completed in June Summary of Role - Maintenance of social media channels and SM Advertising
- Email marketing
- Website content and articles including static pages, articles and job adverts - enhance its focus and present information to support sales and the customer experience
The Person - Strong confident communicator (both written, oral and listening). Equally comfortable liaising with internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities - Grow the base
- Improve retention
- Drive cross sales of products
- Increase awareness with both partners and the wider industry raising
- TRDP's profile amongst key players in the market
- Help shape future decisions on marketing direction ensuring that this matches the new opportunities and needs of the company
- Maintain consistent and regular communication with existing and potential Customers / Partners
Essential Experience - Experience in digital marketing
- Experience using various social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter specifically)
- Self-driven - would be responsible for delivering projects
- Good self-organisation - MediaMaster requires keeping on top of multiple promo periods at once
Desirable Experience - An understanding of HTML/CSS
- Previous experience using Social Aggregation tools such as Hootsuite and Sendible
- Self-driven - would be responsible for delivering projects
- Full UK Driver's License
