- Description
We are looking for full-time experienced property valuer to work from our busy Peterborough office.
Please DO NOT apply if you do not have previous experience within an estate agents or as a Property Valuer.
As an experienced Property Valuer you will be confident and driven with a keen interest in the property market and will have a minimum of two years estate agency experience and one years property valuation experience.
Full driving license is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the market and competitors
- Attend pre-booked appointments
- Understand and strive to meet customers' expectations
- Value properties accurately and effectively
- Provide great customer service
- Maximise all opportunities to win valuations, listings and mortgage appointments

- Excellent customer service & communication skills both face to face and by phone
- Mature and confident with a professional approach at all times
- Enthusiastic to be the best
- Target and results driven
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good time management and time keeping
- Full driving license
