The Role
As the first point of contact, you will be providing invaluable support to the Remortgage Case Handlers within the conveyancing department. You will be dealing with any questions or queries raised by the firm's clients, the borrowers and the referrers.
The majority of the work will be done over the phone, dealing members of the general public (the borrowers) who are going through the remortgage process. There will however me some administrative duties and some matters that will have to be dealt with via email. You will be given full training so you can take ownership of the call so you can deal with it effectively, providing excellent customer service.
You
Possess fantastic, warm yet professional verbal and written communication skills.
Happy working under pressure in a busy environment.
Great attention to detail and respectful of job, making sure things are done accurately and to a high standard in line with procedures.
