The Role:
You will be a part of a busy team of transactional conveyancer, working on a high volume of sale and purchase files from inception to completion.
Duties will include:
- Dealing professionally with all client and brokers where applicable
- leasehold and freehold title investigations
- Reviewing titles and related documentation and raising enquiries accordingly
- Processing and acting upon responses to enquiries
- Exchange of contracts and completions;
- Supporting more junior members of the transactional team
- Always recording all details of any matters accurately whilst working in a timely and efficient manner in live with the firm's SLAs
Candidate Requirements:
In depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and experience of managing a mixed caseload of sale and purchase files. It's not essential but it would be beneficial if candidates had worked in a fast paced, target driven, high volume environment and have used a case management system
- Proven track record of working under pressure, achieving targets and meeting deadlines
- Able to help and mentor the assistants in the team
- Able to demonstrate a professional , stringent approach adhering to procedures, processes and protocol
- Accurate and meticulous whilst also being efficient with your time
- Excellent communication, people and customer service skills to ensure clients always receive a first class service
- Adaptable team player who can be flexible to work to the needs of the business / client
- Excellent written and IT skills.
