We are currently recruiting for a Senior Workforce Manager to work for one of NHS clients based in Leeds. The role is working full time until the end of March 2020, and will involve heading a collaborative project. The general duties will involve:
- Taking the lead on delivering specific projects.
- Acting as a source of advice on all workforce matters esp employment law.
- Devising and implementing working plans.
- Actively supporting and improving employee relations.
- Establishing key policies and procedures.
- Supporting managers and colleagues throughout all processes.
- Engaging with key stakeholders.
- Working with colleagues to develop training needs.
- Chairing group meetings
The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role within the public sector. previously. However, if you are MCIPD qualified and have specific work history centred around HR/workforce projects, then do not hesitate to apply.
