We are currently recruiting for a Secretary to work for one of our NHS clients based in West Leeds. The role is working on a 2-3 months basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The main duties will reverberate around providing secretarial support to senior members of staff. This will include:
- Booking meetings/events.
- Managing numerous and complex diaries.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries.
- Digital dictation typing
- Taking minutes at various meetings.
- Undertaking general clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. However, if you are able to start ASAP, and have admin related work history, then do not hesitate to apply.
