Taskmaster are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a market leading 3^rd Party Logistics company on their busy, multi user site in Northampton.

This is a fixed night shift.

The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off 6pm-6am.

The basic salary on offer is £21,000 + shift allowance. Total yearly salary of circa £24,750.

The Role

As Night Shift Transport Administrator you will support the Transport department in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the day to day operation.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage Driver hours, ensuring all tacho cards are accounted for and all driving hours are logged on the system
• Work to a high level of supplier and internal KPIs
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
• Ensure all Drivers are full briefed and de-briefed.
• Data Entry and system maintenance.
• Supporting with any Administrative task needed.

To apply for the role of Night Shift Transport Administrator you will need:

• Proven administrative, data entry and customer service experience
• Experience in a fast paced Transport operation
• CPC would be beneficial
• Be self-motivated and able to take intuitive to complete work independently
• Work to tight dead lines
• Have strong communication skills, with the ability to speak to people at all levels
