Internal Sales Account Manager - Wakefield (WF6)
Permanent - £18-£22k DOE plus benefits
Full Time, Monday to Friday
TM Resourcing are working with a well established manufacturing business to recruit an Internal Sales Account Manager to build strong relationships with new businesses as well as looking after existing clients.
Working as part of a team Sales Account Managers you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service with a sense of professionalism, warmth and pride.
Role Responsibilities:
Using an existing database of clients, proactively contacting and interacting with key decision makers
Ensuring customers are kept up to date with current products and promotions to increase sales
Looking for opportunities to cross-sell, upselling and providing the best possible solutions and service to customers
Responding to inbound queries and updating the CRM system
Liaising with and providing support to the sales team and other departments
Person Specification:
Previous outbound sales/sales account management experience
Confident communicator, driven, proactive, inquisitive and enthusiastic
Able to demonstrate examples of achievement in building active business levels
Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
