Key Account Coordinator
Salary up to £23,000 depending on experience.
Peterborough
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator to join a fast growing and award winning personal care and cosmetics manufacturer based in Peterborough.
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 17.15pm Friday 9.00am - 16.00pm
They are offering a salary up to £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
The Role
As Key Account Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the customer sales orders from initial receipt through to production.
Other responsibilities include:
- Order processing, ensuring all customer order details are correct and added to the systems.
- Expediting free issue items, liaising with internal schedule planners.
- Review customer required dates and ensure these are on track and going to be met.
- Analyse and report on progress of order and completion dates.
- Attend daily production meetings.
- Chain weekly sales order schedule planning meetings.
- Customer liaison on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement Order Acknowledgement processes to help streamline that side of the business.
- Demand forecasting.

- Strong administrative and data entry skills with good attention to detail.
- High levels of customer service.
- Be IT literate and experienced with Excel.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
- Take intuitive to self-manage your workload without the need for micro-management/'hand holding'.
- Be open, honest and hard working.
