Client Performance Support
£22,000 + £3000 Car Allowance
This fast paced FMCG business is in need of Supply Chain Admin Support to act as a key contact for strategic suppliers , and is an integral role within the business.
You will be required to support the warehouse function ensuring all potential new Direct Despatch (DD) suppliers are visited prior to launching with ISD, with the aim of ensuring suppliers;
- Fully understand of the DD process and aware of the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Are trained to use ISD's EDI portal
- Any system integration requirements are discussed and followed up
- Despatch facilities meet required standards
- Product storage and packaging meets the required standard
- Have sufficient staffing levels to achieve expected despatch volumes
- Transport and courier options are discussed
You will carry out performance reviews with existing suppliers. Performance reviews include but are not limited to;
- Recent despatch SLA performance / non-conformance issues
- Stock availability
- Returns rates
- Carrier performance (where applicable)
- Customer satisfaction
Technical and/or Professional Qualifications/Expertise:
- High degree of proficiency in generic WMS functionality and systems administration - including upstream and downstream linkage to 3rd party applications/interface
- Good understanding of FMCG warehouse processes
- Strong analytical skills
- High expertise in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Full clean driving license is essential
