TM Resourcing are currently working with our Castleford based client to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias.

Working panama shifts, you will be providing first line maintenance response for all plant breakdowns in a timely manner, to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Proactively monitoring the equipment's performance

• Recording details of issues on to the CMMS system

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across the whole plant to a high standard

• Complying at all times with the company safety policy

• Providing electrical and mechanical support during shut down periods

• Performing adequate risk assessments

• Effectively hand over to and from other Shift Engineers

You will need:

• An electrical/mechanical apprenticeship

• Maintenance experienced gained within a manufacturing environment

• High level knowledge of PLC Control with the ability to monitor the PLC Code live

• Experience with fault finding in control panels, electrical control gears and systems

• High level knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearmotors, pumps and fans

• Fabrication and welding experience

• A nationally recognised safety qualification
