My client is recruiting a full time Chef De Partie to join the team at their stunning pub and hotel located in beautiful Rutland countryside. This revered establishment has repeatedly featured in the Good Pub Guide and Good Hotel Guide, as well as winning numerous awards year after year for their local sourced produce and amazing cuisine.
The individual must be hard-working, highly motivated and eager to learn to progress their own career.
As CDP you will report to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, but will also be responsible for supervision of junior staff. You will have responsibility for the running of your own section so flare end enthusiasm for menu creation will put you ahead of the pack.
As with all jobs in the industry you will be expected to work hours between 45-50 hours per week.
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years' experience of working in a busy kitchen
- Experience of working in a Minimum 2 Rosette/Michelin Star standard establishment
- Food hygiene is highly desirable
- Driving licence AND transport due to rural location.
